These terms govern your use of the AMP Web Services website and customer portal. By using the site, you agree to them.
Our Services
AMP Web Services provides IT consulting services, including website and application development, Microsoft 365 configuration, and network infrastructure. Specific engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement you accept.
Customer Portal
Portal accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Proposals, Invoices & Payments
Proposals are valid until the date stated on them. Invoices are due by the date shown; payments are processed through Stripe. Late or failed payments may pause active work.
Intellectual Property
Content on this website belongs to AMP Web Services. Ownership of work we deliver to you is defined in your project agreement; on full payment, the deliverables specified there transfer to you.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP Web Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability related to a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
