Microsoft 365 Setup & Support in South Florida

Microsoft 365 is the backbone of most small businesses, and it is usually set up once, in a hurry, by whoever was available. We handle it properly for South Florida businesses — migrating email without losing mail, configuring Teams and SharePoint so people actually use them, and securing the tenant so one stolen password is not a company-wide problem.

Serving businesses across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton.

Why it matters

  • Email migration with no lost mail and minimal downtime — usually over a weekend.
  • Tenant security done properly: multi-factor authentication, admin roles, and sensible sharing defaults.
  • Teams and SharePoint set up around how your staff actually works, so the tools get used.
  • Licensing reviewed — most small businesses are paying for plans they do not need.
  • Day-to-day support afterwards, in English or Spanish, so staff have somewhere to turn.

Frequently asked questions

Will we lose email during the migration?

No. We migrate mailboxes with their history intact and cut over at a low-traffic time, typically a weekend, so Monday morning everything is where it should be. Old mail, calendars, and contacts come across with it.

We are on Google Workspace. Can you move us?

Yes — Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is one of the more common migrations we do. Mail, calendars, contacts, and Drive files move over, and we keep both running during the cutover so nothing is missed.

Do we really need multi-factor authentication?

Yes. Stolen passwords are the most common way small businesses get compromised, and MFA stops nearly all of it. It adds a few seconds to sign-in and it is already included in the plans you pay for.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?

It depends on whether you need the desktop Office apps, advanced security, or just email. We review what you are paying for now — mismatched licensing is common, and it is often the first thing we fix.

Can you support our staff in Spanish?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and support goes to whoever needs it, in whichever language they are comfortable with.
