When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, and message. If you become a client, your customer portal account stores your profile, project, proposal, invoice, and payment records.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and invoice our services, operate the customer portal, and send service-related emails. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Payment Processing
Invoice payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details never reach our servers; they are handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
Service Providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run our services: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes your data only as needed to provide its service.
Data Retention
We keep contact inquiries and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
